Bishop Charles A. Cole, Pastor  Bishop Cole being taught the Apostolic Doctrine was carried to church at an early age by his Mother Evg. Cole.  They attended church beginning with Sunday school regardless of the weather condition or use of the car. He was baptized in Jesus name under Elder O. Carter, and under the leadership of Bishop O. Wright who was at his side when he received the Holy Ghost.He worked at Bethel serving as Usher, Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Trustee, Assistant Chairman of the Trustee Board, Assistant and Chairman of the Youth Department, Minister’s Alliance Chairman, Sunday School Teacher and Bible Teacher when he was requested by Bishop Wright.  He taught and established the curriculum for Church History at Mid-West Bible College (Now Bishop D.R. Bell College).  Also he taught Church History at Excelsior Bible College.

Bishop Cole is a retired history teacher of the Chicago Public School System.  He has received numerous awards for his teaching skills such as The Suave Award for Outstanding Teacher, Who’s Who of American Teachers and highlighted on WGN for the teacher going above and beyond for his students.  He has been cited at the college level by incoming Freshmen as the teacher who has impacted their lives receiving a certificate of recognition for his influence. He has been married to his wife, Lady Cole for 38 years who he met in college.  They have five children, three sons, two daughters, one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law and three grandchildren.  He has come up through the ranks under the leadership of Bishop Wright who went home to be with the Lord.  He was installed in the position of Pastor in 2002 and received his District Elder position in 2005.   His number one desire is to make HEAVEN and to get other to go with him.
